Privacy policy
This policy describes how Poieti handles information in its team AI workspace and on poieti.com. Updated September 30, 2026.
Your workspace
Poieti helps teams with administrative work, drafting and organizing information. Accounts and workspace access are provided by your organization; the app does not offer public registration. Your organization determines which tools and workflows are available.
Information we process
We process account identifiers and email addresses for sign-in and access control; messages, transcripts, files, images and records you submit; and technical information needed to operate the service, such as request timing and errors. Content may contain sensitive information if you include it. Only provide information you are authorized to share.
AI and voice processing
With your consent in the app, messages, relevant conversation context and included files or images are sent to an AI processing service to generate responses. Enabled tools can supply workspace information relevant to your request. When you use voice input, audio streams through Poieti to a speech recognition service for transcription. Poieti does not save an audio recording. The transcript is editable before you send it to the AI assistant.
Service providers
Poieti uses external service providers to support authentication, hosting, file storage, database services, AI processing and voice transcription. Providers process the information necessary to operate these services. Depending on the provider and deployment, processing may occur outside your country or region. Your organization may enable additional connections; their data use depends on the connection and the action you request.
Storage and access
Messages, submitted files and saved records are retained to provide conversation history and workspace functionality. The app also keeps local drafts and cached workspace data. Access depends on account and organization permissions. Signing out clears the app’s account cache; it does not delete server data. Retention and deletion of institutional records also depend on your organization’s obligations and instructions.
Your choices and requests
You can review or withdraw AI sharing consent in Settings. Withdrawal stops new workspace activity on that installation; it does not delete previously submitted information or cancel processing already underway. You can delete conversations in the app. For account access, corrections, export or deletion requests, contact your administrator or hello@poieti.com. We verify authority and coordinate requests involving institutional records with the responsible organization. Do not include patient records, passwords or API keys in an initial email.
Website preferences
The website stores your language preference in your browser. Its homepage loads fonts from an external font service, which receives the connection information needed to deliver those fonts. Our hosting service also receives standard web request information.

For privacy questions, contact hello@poieti.com. We update this page when the service or its data handling changes. Material changes to the AI sharing disclosure require renewed consent in the app.
