Help with Poieti accounts, workspaces and data requests.
Contact us
Email hello@poieti.com. Include your app version, device and iOS version, a short description of the issue, and the time it occurred. Use synthetic examples or redact screenshots. Do not send patient information, passwords, verification codes or API keys.
Sign in and workspace access
Use the account provided by your team. Contact your administrator if you need an account, a password reset or workspace access. You can also use an email verification code when enabled for your account. There is no public registration in the app.
An empty workspace
Your organization controls which tools, connections and skills are enabled. A new workspace may have no additional features. Contact your administrator if an expected workflow is missing.
Privacy and data requests
Review AI sharing consent and the privacy policy in Settings. To request account or data deletion, correction or export, contact your administrator or email hello@poieti.com with the subject “Poieti data request”. We will first verify your authority and determine which organization is responsible for the records. Signing out or removing the app does not delete server data.
Using AI output
Poieti supports administrative work and information organization. Review generated text and records before using or saving them. The assistant can make mistakes and is not a source of emergency assistance.
